We have an online reservation and credit card facility that makes the booking, reservation and transfer of villa rental payments secure, simple and fast.

3. We offer pre-organised Bali Holiday Packages

We understand that some groups want to have everything well organised in advance so that they do not have to worry about what to do and where to go. We have arranged a number of packages around different themes. Each package reflects the most popular requests we have received from our guests, and each of the on-island activities in the package has been carefully selected to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

4. We offer guests the ability to pick and choose holiday activities

We have listed all of the most popular holiday activities for guests to enjoy, and provided our guests with the means to book these activities in advance, as part of their villa reservation.

Our Pre-Arrival Services

1. We send you our Bali Villa Holidays Information Guide

Upon confirming your reservations with us, we forward you your personalised "My Bali Villas Holidays Guide". This guide overflows with useful information about Bali, your Holiday and your Villa. We give recommendations on restaurants, shopping, entertainment, spas - as well as other important information such as your villa telephone numbers, medical clinics etc

2. We are available to answer your questions as often as you like

The Bali Villas Holiday Reservation & Guest Relations Centre is available to talk to you at any time about your holiday, via email, telephone or fax.

Our Arrival Services

1. We will greet you at the Airport and Transfer you to your Villa

Your driver, and one of our Guest Services Representatives will meet you at the airport. You will be driven in your private air-conditioned car to your Villa. You have the services of your private car and driver for the full duration of your stay.

Our On-Island Services

1. We will give you a Villa Orientation & Welcome

At your Villa, your Guest Services Rep will introduce you to your Cook and Maid, give you a tour of your Villa, explain any Villa procedures and systems that you need to know, assist you to plan with the cook your meal requirements, detail your booked activities with the driver, and do everything necessary to help you settle in comfortably.

2. We will give you a Welcome Pack

You will also receive a Bali Villa Holiday Welcome Pack, consisting of a complimentary bottle of wine, flowers, a basic food pack to get you started, and a hard copy of our "My Bali Villas Holidays Guide".

3. We will be available to assist you at any time

Our Reservation & Guest Relations Centre is available 24 hours a day, every day of the year. We will provide you at your Villa orientation with both our Office numbers and an on-call after-hours emergency number of our on-duty manager, so you can always be in contact with us. Our Reservation & Guest Relations Centre is in Sanur, so we are not far away from most of our Villas in Bali.

Post Holiday Services

1. We will drive you to the airport to catch your return flight

Your Guest Service Rep will confirm your return flight arrangements with your airline office here in Bali, and arrange a time for your car to take you to the airport.

2. You will receive generous discounts and offers

Every guest who has booked and stayed with us automatically becomes a Bali Villa Holiday Club member. The club membership is free and entitles members to a monthly newsletter detailing all the latest information on Villas, Holidays and Bali, generous discounts on villa vacation rentals, villas for sale, and discounts that members can obtain from referring other family members and friends to our villa holiday service.
