The Ashanti Bali Vacation Villa is situated on the edge of the village of Umulas , near Kerobokan, overlooking a river and paddy fields.

Umulas is quiet, and is home to a number of villas, as well as the famous riding stables. The Ashanti Villa is only 15 minutes walk across the rice paddies to Batu Belig beach, where some of Bali 's most well known beachside restaurants can be found. The villa is also only a few minutes drive to the fashionable Seminyak area that consists of small boutiques, antique shops, and some of the highest-quality delicatessen shops and bakeries in Bali . It is a 40-minute drive to the airport, and a 20-minute drive to Kuta.

The Villa Living Area

The property is designed around a traditional Balinese style open-sided living room that leads to the pool deck and 18m pool.

This villa also has an upper-floor verandah-style living room overlooking the whole property and providing panoramic views over the river and rice-fields. There is a separate formal dining room overlooking the pool and rice-paddies, as well as an informal outdoor dining-deck next to the pool.

The main dining table seats 10-12 people.

The room interiors have been furnished with the highest quality accessories, and the villa boasts satellite TV, and Bose sound systems.

The gardens are extensive and provide space, serenity, and views that complement the atmosphere of this private Bali vacation villa.

The Outdoors

The Villa has a large 18m swimming pool with a sundeck, as well as a full sized tennis court. The pool deck has 6 sun lounges with umbrellas. There is also an open plan living and dining area.
