About The Penjor Bali Tropical Villa

The Penjor Villa is a lovely, large, spacious, and welcoming family villa that is conveniently located within easy strolling distance to the area's most popular restaurants, shops, and nightspots. It has a very airy and earthy feel, and was designed to take advantage of the gentle natural airflow, and tranquil views.

The Penjor villa was completed in early 2003 and is privately owned and managed. This magnificent 2-floor villa is built from stone and wood, and has a modern contemporary design with touches of Balinese culture in the furniture and accessories, and utilizes the best of local timbers and handcrafted stones.

The villa is set on 500 square meters, and is landscaped with beautiful green grass, palms, and fragrant frangipani trees. It features a large crystal clear octagonal shaped swimming pool and tropical bale for relaxation and massages beside the pool.

The Villa Bedrooms

The Penjor Bali Tropical Villa has 5 spacious bedroom suites, all with private bathrooms.
The villa has been designed with two bedrooms on the ground level, and a master bedroom in between two other bedrooms upstairs, opening onto a balcony area with a direct view of the garden and pool.

All the bedrooms have large glass sliding doors that open onto terraces, with the ground floor bedrooms leading directly onto the garden. High roofed ceilings and the cool and clean feel of dark teak timber floors underfoot have been used throughout, and each bedroom has individual deluxe split air conditioning units.

All the suites have custom-made king size four-poster beds with built in wardrobes. The bedroom interiors have been tastefully furnished with a balance of modern art paintings and collected antique furniture.

The Villa Bathrooms

The Penjor Bali Tropical Villa has five spacious bedroom suites, all with private bathrooms.

The ground floor has been designed with two bedrooms on either side of the combined living and kitchen area, while upstairs the master bedroom is in the center, with the two other bedrooms on either side. The three upstairs bedrooms open onto a balcony area overlooking the garden and pool.

The downstairs bedrooms have large glass sliding doors that open onto terraces leading directly onto the garden. The upstairs bedrooms also have glass doors opening onto the balcony. All of the bedrooms feature high roofed timber ceilings, and dark and cool teak timber floors. Each bedroom has individual deluxe split air conditioning units.

The Villa Living Area

The living room, dining room, kitchen, and bar are combined in the same area on the ground floor, and this space leads naturally into the large garden and pool. This open aspect is ideal for large groups, where everyone can eat together. The space is large enough for entertaining family and friends.

In the center of the living area is a large antique dining table, large enough to seat 10-12 people comfortably, and scattered around are comfortable sofas, lounges, chairs, and cushions. The kitchen is fully equipped with a storeroom. A long bar with stools fronts the kitchen.

The living room interior has been furnished with the highest quality accessories and furniture, as well as sound systems. In the afternoon the sun brightens up this room and the breeze just makes you want to relax and enjoy this retreat.

The Villa Gardens and Outdoors

The villa gardens are large and beautifully landscaped with many tropical trees and shrubs.

The large deep pool is the central feature of the outdoor area.
