Jimbaran Beach is famous for its many seafood grill cafes situated directly on the beach. The beachfront cafes attract many local and overseas guests who enjoy a seafood dinner while watching the sun go down over the bay. Jimbaran is quiet during the daytime, and filled with seafood-grilled lovers in the night. The Akasia Villa is only a 10-minute drive to the high class Nusa Dua area that consists of small boutiques, antique shops, and some of the highest-quality delicatessen shops and bakeries in Bali . It is only a 10-minute drive to the airport, and a 15-minute drive to Kuta.

About The Akasia Villas
"Heading down the lane to Akasia House, your first impression will be of an old Georgia estate: graceful, reserved, and luxurious. Follow the walkway, between weathered stone columns and a white trellis overflowing with blossoming vines, and the impression is heightened by the sight of the white Colonial-style mansion. A porch and a vine-covered gallery span the length of the house. To the side of the main house are two cheery bungalows. You can eat on the patio, adjacent to a little outdoor kitchen with a take-out window, or in the dining pavilion, at the west end of the estate near a path that leads right to Jimbaran Beach." -The New York Times.
Bali private villas located on the beach in Bali are rare. The Akasia Villa is one of the few exclusive private villas situated directly on the beach. The Villa was built in 1985, and was designed by the same master architect who designed the Four Seasons Resort in Bali .
The Akasia Bali Private Villas offer complete privacy, and the estate is set within 11,000-m2 of landscaped tropical gardens. The Villas were built to combine elements of both traditional Indonesian and "Dutch Colony" era residences, and to allow guests to experience the same luxurious style that the Indonesian royalty would historically have experienced.
The Akasia Villa Estate has extensive views over the beach and Jimbaran Bay , and has a beautiful night view over the Four Seasons Resort.
The Villas boast an Olympic size swimming pool, a championship hard surface tennis court, a traditional garden gazebo, as well as a huge open area suitable for any large function.
The villas are suitable for guests with or without children, and whilst the property is designed with a central living area for all to enjoy, there are sufficient additional living spaces to allow privacy whenever needed. For families, the Villas have a children's playroom.
The Villa Bedrooms
The Akasia Bali Private Villas estate consists of three separate villa buildings, with a total of 5 air-conditioned bedrooms, sleeping between 10 to 12 people.
The Main Villa
The master bedroom is located in the main villa, and opens onto the pool. This beautiful colonial style bedroom is furnished with old teakwood tables, chairs and furniture, and features a king size bed and split system air-conditioner facing onto the pool.
This spacious bedroom has off-white terrazzo flooring, and has an attached lounge room with French style doors opening onto the pool area.
The bedroom has an ensuite bathroom door and walk-in robes with big open cupboards, a safe box, and a Javanese batik Yukata.
On the second floor is a very spacious living area filled with teakwood chairs, tables, and furniture, with a wrap around balcony overlooking the swimming pool.
he second bedroom is located behind the living area, with 2 twin beds and is fully furnished. This bedroom has a stereo player perfect for young kids who would enjoy music and books.
Villa Two
This Dutch colonial two-story building features a master
bedroom with full antique furniture and accessories, mosquito
net, side tables made of teakwood with marble, and opens
onto the swimming pool and garden.
A small stairway inside the bedroom leads up to a single bedroom or child’s room, with a single bed and ceiling fan, and a balcony facing the garden and tennis court. This bedroom is equipped with old teakwood furniture.
The master bedroom has colonial style wall paintings of flowers and butterflies, and has lively colors. Another door leading off the bedroom opens onto a small kitchenette area that also opens onto the living area outside.

The third villa building is set on the other side of the swimming pool, and is designed in the Balinese style, with two bedrooms, and an entered via a Balinese pagoda gate.
There is a double bedroom with stereo, AC, teakwood table, chairs, and antique crafts, and with a garden view room at the rear. The other bedroom has twin beds with similar furnishings as the double bed room.

Each bathroom is designed differently. All of the bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom, and some have bathtubs. All the bathrooms are fully equipped, and have amenities provided.

The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. This spacious bathroom has a powder area, shower and toilet, and a clothes cupboard and sitting area facing on to a small backyard garden. The bathroom is fitted out with terrazzo flooring, miniature Balinese statues, crafts, and a double mirror over the marble basins.
The children's bedroom upstairs also has an ensuite bathroom, with a bathtub and large changing area.

The bathroom is in the master bedroom, and is fitted out with a bathtub and shower.

This Balinese building house has an ensuite bathroom in each of the bedrooms. The Double bedroom has a bathtub shower as well as a garden shower. The other twin bedroom has a garden shower only.

Main Villa
In the main villa building, the living room is located on
the second floor with a balcony facing on to the pool. It
is very wide and furnished with many antiques including
teakwood furniture, dining table, and a sofa lounge with
cushions, and is equipped with a TV, VCD/DVD, and satellite
cablevision.

The living
room is located next to the master bedroom facing on to
the garden and pool. This is a very large open living area,
with a bamboo sofa and cushions, antique furniture and crafts,
and opens onto a sun deck patio facing out to the ocean.
Behind the living area is the tennis court.

area by the pagoda gate, with wooden chairs and table facing
on to the garden and pool, and has a fishpond and a mini
bar area.

The Outdoors
The Akasia Villas have a large Olympic size swimming pool with a sundeck, as well as a full sized tennis court. The pool deck has 6 sun lounges with umbrellas. There is also an open plan living and dining area with lazy bed by the swimming pool.
