The Villa Location
The Anyar Bali Luxury Villas are located at Kerobokan, only a short distance from Kuta, and are located very near to the quiet beach of Oberoi .
The villas are also only a few minutes drive to the fashionable Seminyak area that consists of small boutiques, antique shops, and some of the highest-quality delicatessen shops and bakeries in Bali . It is only a 25-minute drive to the airport.
All of The Anyar Bali Luxury Villas feature separate private entrance and private parking, and are built in the traditional Balinese style.
Each villa has been designed with two spacious bed rooms, each with an open indoor shower, bathtub, full private pool with waterfall view, kitchen, living room, private garden and a shaded "Bale".

About The Villa
The Anyar Bali Luxury Villas are very new - designed and constructed in January 2003. The estate has a number of luxurious and spacious villas of 2, 3, or 4 bedrooms.
The Villa Bedrooms
There are four types of Villas, each with a 2, 3, or 4 bedroom combination:
The Anyar Family Villas
The Family Villas have two bedrooms, designed with a connecting door between both bedrooms, and sharing a bathroom with open shower. This is an ideal villa for parents and children. These villas have a nice garden view and have a shady "bale".
The Deluxe Villas
The deluxe villas are built in a more traditional Balinese style than the other villas, and are double story. The deluxe villas also have two bedrooms, one upstairs and the other down, each with a separate bathroom.
The Executive Suites
The only difference between the deluxe villa and the executive villa is that the executive villa has an extra bedroom. The executive villa has three large and spacious bedrooms designed and furnished in a combination of classical and modern styles. The executive villas are tastefully furnished.
The Presidential Villa
A large villa with four spacious bedrooms each with a large king size bed and wooden floor. This villa also has a large beautiful tropical garden, and has a 'lagoon' style private pool.
The Villa Bathrooms
All of the bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom designed in the traditional open-air Balinese style, with outdoor showers, bathtubs, and delightful enclosed gardens.
The Villa Living Areas
The property is designed around a traditional Balinese style open-sided living room that leads to the swimming pool.
The living area interiors have been furnished with Balinese accessories and furniture.
The Villa Gardens
The gardens are landscaped with tropical plants, and are large enough to host a party or wedding celebration.
The Outdoors
Each villa has a swimming pool with a sundeck, partially undercover next to the living area, and pool chairs for sunbathing.
