Our Reservation and Guest Relations Center is located within the Vishnu Group office.
There are 4 Bali Villas Holidays administrative staff dedicated to managing our villas in Bali, including reservations, accounting, guest relations, and operations, and over 20 field staff working as cooks, maids, houseboys, and general duties.
We have a fully computerized operation and online reservation system, based on sophisticated and reliable software.

Manager, Property & Products
Roles
Ayu is responsible for overseeing, leading, and directing all of the internal administrative systems and client services solutions for the group.
She also directly manages the villa rental group, our villas in Bali , and the trading group.
Background
Ayu is Balinese and graduated from university in Bali with a bachelor degree in English language.
She has a background in product design and product manufacturing, and worked in various export services positions with a number of leading trading houses in Bali , before joining The Vishnu Group.
I Ketut Wira Mahardhika
Manager, Operations
Roles
Ketut has overall management responsibility for the performance of the group, and for ensuring that all divisions meet quarterly budget, client acquisition and revenue targets.
He is responsible for overseeing all financial, corporate and client relationship matters.
At a tactical level, Ketut is involved primarily in the property services area.
Background
Ketut is Balinese and graduated with a Diploma in Accountancy, and has been involved in a management role with a number of hospitality and lodging property related businesses in Bali , before joining The Vishnu Group.
I Wayan Madiyasa
Chief Web Developer
Roles
Wayan is responsible for the management of all the group IT related functions, including the design and maintenance of all the group online web sites, as well as the group IT infrastructure.
Background
Wayan is Balinese and graduated from Udayana University with a bachelor of electrical engineering, and has been involved in a management role with a number of Web portals and online lodging and software business companies, as a web designer and web programmer, before joining The Vishnu Group.
