Villas that lend themselves to groups are villas that are adjoining or close to each other, or individual villas that have a lot of space and bedrooms to take a large group.
Our villa listing contains a number of luxury private villas located on a community estate. These villas are ideal for large groups as all the villas, while private, are close to each other in a gated community - such estates often have linking doors between villas that can be left open, and often have private access communal activities and amenities that suit large groups e.g. reception and conference facility, tennis courts, play area etc.
Villa Estates often also are able to give substantial discounts to large groups who require a number of villas together.
