Advance
Payment Offer: Pay
for your villa fully in advance at least 10 months
prior to your arrival date, and you will receive 5%
off your total rental fee amount for your villa. This
advance payment offer is not applicable to bookings
made for peak season dates. |

Last Minute
Specials Offer:
Book and pay for your villa less than 14 days before
your arrival and you will receive a 5% last minute
discount off your total rental fee amount for your
villa. Book and pay for your villa less than 7 days
before your arrival and receive a 10% last minute
discount off your rental fee amount. This Last Minute
Specials Offer is applicable to all seasons. |
At certain times, and in regard to certain villas,
we are able to make the following special offers:

Bonus
Nights Offer: This symbol
indicates a free nights villa accommodation for villa
bookings made for a certain time period e.g. "At
villa 'X' if you book 5 nights villa accommodation
for the period between the 15th January and 1st March,
you will get one extra nights accommodation free."
Only one bonus night per booking may apply and stays
must be on consecutive nights. The Bonus Night Offer
is combinable with all offers. |

Extra
Value Offer: Villa properties
displaying this symbol offer extra value items included
in the rental fee. When you make a booking for a particular
Villa at a particular time, you may receive extra
value offers such as a Free Massage, Dinner Voucher,
Theme park entry, Rafting trip etc. This Extra Value
Offer is combinable with all offers. |

Special
Savings Offers:
This symbol indicates that the villa property is offering
a one time special savings discount off the rental
fee. This saving is offered as a % discount off the
published rates for a particular villa, during a certain
time period e.g. "At villa 'X' you will receive
15% off the rental fee for all bookings made during
the period 3 January 2004 - 18 March 2004." Please
note our Special Savings Offer is not combinable with
our Advance Payment or Last Minute Offers. |
Our special offers mean that at certain
times you may be able to stay at one of our luxurious and
private, fully staffed villas, while enjoying a 5% to 10%
discount on your villa fees, gaining an extra nights accommodation,
and a free massage and restaurant dinner. This is in addition
to your standard villa entitlements such as a complimentary
bottle of wine on arrival, welcome pack and flowers.
