of The Vishnu Group, the Bali Property and Business Services Group,
an independently owned and operated company based in Bali.

Bali Villas Holidays is Bali's premier on-island holiday and villa
rental company.
When we began our operation we knew that becoming number one in
our chosen business field would not be achieved by doing what everyone
else was currently doing. We knew we had to set the standard that
others would strive to achieve.
We identified a number of competitive differentials that we felt
our company needed to have in order to be the best.
We than built our business and operations around these core competitive

Our Bali Villas Holidays Reservation and Guest Relations Center
Our Reservation and Guest Relations Center is located within the
Vishnu Group office.
There are 5 Bali Villas Holidays administrative staff dedicated
to managing reservations, accounting, guest relations, and operations,
and over 20 field staff working as cooks, maids, houseboys, and
general duties.
We have a fully computerized operation and online reservation system,
based on sophisticated and reliable software.

Synergy Interactive Marketing and Bali Hospitality Management are

hospitality service and product lines are needed. This is being
done by heavy local marketing in particular countries, and in the

and western management. There are three main people in the management
group - all wear a variety of hats, undertake a number of roles
within the group, and bring a great deal of professional talent,

Managing Director
Roles
Chris is responsible for leadership of the group and strategic business development.
At an operational level, he is involved in developing marketing strategy, and leads the online marketing team.
Background
Chris has been a senior corporate executive in a number of consulting and multinational corporations in Asia.
Prior to launching The Vishnu Group, Chris was a Regional Director of Human Resources for the Asia-Pacific with an
IT and technology e-services firm in Hong Kong.
He has a work history in Consulting, Operational Improvement, Marketing, and in Property.
He has worked in the IT, Enterprise Software, Professional Services, and Mining industry sectors.
He has worked in Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, New Guinea,
and Australia.
He is Australian and graduated from university in Australia with a Bachelor of Arts and a Diploma of Education.

I Ketut Wira Mahardhika
General Manager,
Operations
Roles
Ketut has overall management responsibility for the performance of the group, and for ensuring that all divisions
meet quarterly budget, client acquisition and revenue targets.
He is responsible for overseeing all financial, corporate and client relationship matters.
At a tactical level, Ketut is involved primarily in the property services area.
Background
Ketut is Balinese and graduated with a Diploma in Accountancy, and has been involved in a management role with
a number of hospitality and lodging property related businesses in Bali, before joining The Vishnu Group.

Giarike Kentjana (Cha Cha)
Manager, Marketing
Roles
Cha Cha is responsible for overseeing and directing all of the internal administrative systems and client services
solutions for the group.
She also directly manages the property sales and short-term rental marketing systems and solutions.
Background
Cha Cha is Balinese and graduated from university in Australia with a Bachelor of Business in Marketing,
and a Diploma of Business.
She has a background in hospitality management and lodging property rental, as well as sales and marketing
management positions with a number of businesses in Bali.

Imanuel Ginting (Nuel)
Chief Web Developer
Roles
Nuel is responsible for the management of all the group IT related functions, including the design and maintenance
of all the group online web sites, as well as the group IT infrastructure.
Background
Nuel is Karonese from North Sumatera.
He has been involved in a number of web portals and online lodging and property business companies,
as a webmaster and internet marketer, before joining The Vishnu Group.
